- Assist in internal and external audits
- Maintain proper accounting documentation and records
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and controls
- Support process improvement in accounting systems
Cross-Departmental Support
- Coordinate with HR, operations, and management teams
- Provide financial support across departments
- Contribute to process efficiency improvements
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com.), Accounting, Finance, or related field
Experience
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles
- Experience in corporate, IT, or service-based companies preferred
Technical Skills Required
Accounting Software
- Tally ERP / Tally Prime (Mandatory)
- Basic knowledge of accounting systems
Microsoft Office Skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel (Formulas, Data Handling)
- MS Word and reporting tools
Accounting Knowledge
- Bookkeeping and ledger management
- Accounts payable and receivable
- Bank reconciliation
- GST, TDS, and tax compliance
Analytical Skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to analyze financial data
- Time management and multitasking skills
