Job Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Customer Service Executive/Project Coordinator to manage client communications and coordinate the execution of internal projects.
This role combines customer support, project coordination, CRM management, and client relationship handling, making it ideal for candidates who are organized, proactive, and solution-oriented.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Client Support
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients via phone, email, and chat
- Respond to customer queries quickly and professionally
- Provide accurate information on web hosting, domains, and website services
- Resolve client issues efficiently and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication
- Collect and analyze customer feedback for service improvement
Client Relationship Management
- Ensure a seamless and positive client experience throughout the service lifecycle
- Build trust and transparency with clients through regular communication
- Identify client requirements and coordinate with internal teams

Project Coordination & Management Support

Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, Management, or related field
Experience
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in:

- Project Coordinator role
- Client Relationship Management
- Experience in IT, SaaS, web hosting, or digital services is preferred
