Job Profile
We seek a highly motivated and customer-centric Customer Service Executive / Project Coordinator to join our team and play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction and project success. In this role, you will be our clients’ primary point of contact, providing exceptional service and support while coordinating project activities to ensure timely and efficient delivery. You will be an integral part of our Client Services team, reporting directly to the Client Services Manager.

Customer Service
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to their inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and chat.
- Information and Support: Provide accurate and helpful information about our products and services, address client concerns, and resolve issues effectively.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong client relationships, fostering trust and loyalty through exceptional service and proactive communication.
- Client Satisfaction: Ensure client satisfaction by exceeding their expectations and providing timely solutions to their needs.

Project Coordination
- Project planning: assist in planning, organizing, and executing projects, ensuring clear objectives, timelines, and deliverables are established.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams, including design, development, and marketing, to ensure project tasks are completed on time and to the required standards.
- Progress Tracking: Track project progress, monitor milestones, and identify potential roadblocks or delays.
- Client Updates: Provide regular updates on project progress, ensuring transparency and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized project documentation, including project plans, timelines, meeting minutes, and communication records.
Requirements For Customer Service Executive / Project Coordinator
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of proven experience in a customer service or project coordination role, preferably in the technology or web solutions industry.
