Job Responsibilities:
- Client Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries, addressing concerns, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Project Coordination:
- Coordinate and manage web solutions projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
- Collaborate with internal design, development, and marketing teams to facilitate seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress and identify and address any issues that may arise.
- Quality Assurance:
- Conduct quality checks on deliverables to ensure they meet the client’s requirements and company standards.
- Work closely with the development and design teams to resolve issues and optimize project outcomes.
- Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and client communication records.
- Ensure that project documentation aligns with company standards and best practices.
- Customer Feedback:
- Gather client feedback and testimonials, identify improvement areas, and implement changes to enhance service quality.
- Proactively seek opportunities to upsell additional services to existing clients.
Job Requirements:
- Education: a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, project coordination, or a related role within the web solutions industry.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical clients.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Problem-Solving: Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and strategically
