Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated business development executive / sales & marketing executive who can generate new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and execute strategic marketing initiatives.

This role combines sales, marketing, and business development responsibilities to drive revenue and expand market reach.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Lead Generation

  • Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and online research
  • Qualify leads and assess client requirements
  • Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals
  • Negotiate and close deals successfully
  • Manage existing client accounts and identify upselling opportunities
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Assist in developing marketing strategies aligned with business goals
  • Create marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and website content
  • Manage social media marketing and online campaigns
  • Execute email marketing and digital outreach campaigns
  • Track and analyze marketing performance metrics

Business Development & Growth

Market Research & Analysis

Required Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field

Experience

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development
  • Experience in IT, web hosting, SaaS, or digital services industry preferred
