Affiliate Marketing Internship Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to join our team as an Affiliate Marketing Intern. As an Affiliate Marketing Intern at Hiya Digital Private Limited, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the exciting world of digital marketing. You will be an integral part of our marketing team, supporting and executing affiliate marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition. 

Duration: Minimum two months (Subject to clearing an internal technical skill test)

Stipend: As per prevailing standards and candidate profile

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the development and implementation of affiliate marketing strategies.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing materials.
3. Identify and recruit potential affiliate partners to expand our network.
4. Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, providing insights and recommendations.
5. Assist in optimizing affiliate campaigns to maximize ROI.
6. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for affiliate partnerships.
7. Prepare reports on affiliate program performance for management.

Requirements:

1. Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2. Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to think creatively and contribute innovative ideas.
5. Basic understanding of affiliate marketing principles (prior experience is a plus).
6. Familiarity with online tracking and analytics tools.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
8. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
9. Passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude. While prior experience in affiliate marketing is advantageous, we welcome individuals with a strong foundation in marketing principles and a willingness to learn.
