As an SEM Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving online visibility, traffic, and conversions for our clients. The ideal candidate should understand search engine algorithms and paid advertising platforms and have a proven track record of successful SEM campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management:

- Develop and implement effective SEM campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.
- Monitor, optimize, and report on campaign performance to ensure maximum ROI.
- Keyword Research:

- Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing keywords.
- Continuously refine keyword lists to enhance campaign performance.
- Ad Copy Creation:

- Create compelling ad copies that resonate with the target audience and drive engagement.
- A/B testing of ad copies to determine the most effective messaging.
- Budget Management:

- Manage and optimize advertising budgets to achieve campaign objectives.
- Provide recommendations for budget allocation based on performance data.
- Analytics and Reporting:

- Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze website traffic and user behaviour.
- Generate regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.

Job Requirements:
- Education:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience:

- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in Search Engine Marketing.
- Demonstrable success in managing and optimizing SEM campaigns.
- Technical Skills:

- Proficient in using Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other relevant advertising platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Communication Skills:
