We seek a talented and experienced Social Media Optimization/Management (SMO) Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will enhance our brand visibility, engagement, and online presence across various social media platforms.

Minimum required experience: 2+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement SMO strategies to increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation.
2. Manage and optimize social media profiles on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
3. Create and curate compelling content for social media posts, ensuring alignment with brand voice and marketing goals.
4. Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate SMO with overall digital marketing campaigns.
6. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in social media.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2. Proven experience of 2+ years in social media optimization and management.
3. In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
4. Strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Creativity and a keen eye for visual design to create engaging social media content.
7. Familiarity with social media advertising and campaign management.
8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
