Key Responsibilities
Content Writing & Content Creation
- Create high-quality, original, and engaging content for websites, blogs, landing pages, knowledge bases, social media platforms, email campaigns, case studies, and marketing materials.
- Develop content that aligns with the company’s brand voice, business objectives, and target audience needs.
- Write compelling content that increases audience engagement, lead generation, and conversions.
AI-Assisted Content Development
- Utilize AI-powered content generation tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Jasper, Grammarly, and similar platforms to support content research, ideation, drafting, editing, and optimization.
- Create effective prompts and workflows to generate high-quality content efficiently.
- Review, fact-check, refine, and humanize AI-generated content to ensure accuracy, originality, relevance, and brand consistency.
- Stay updated with emerging AI content creation technologies and best practices.
Content Editing & Quality Assurance
- Edit and proofread content to ensure grammatical accuracy, readability, consistency, and adherence to editorial standards.
- Enhance content quality through structural improvements, content enrichment, and clarity optimization.
- Maintain high editorial standards across all digital content assets.
SEO Content Optimization
- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO best practices.
- Optimize website content, blogs, and landing pages to improve search engine visibility and organic traffic.
- Collaborate with SEO and marketing teams to execute content strategies that support business goals.
- Monitor content performance and recommend optimization opportunities.
Research & Content Strategy
- Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, web technologies, hosting solutions, digital marketing, cybersecurity, and related topics.
- Analyze competitor content strategies and identify opportunities for content improvement.
- Contribute ideas for new content initiatives and campaigns.
Content Planning & Management
- Assist in creating and maintaining content calendars to ensure timely publication and consistency.
- Manage multiple content projects while meeting deadlines and quality expectations.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align content deliverables with marketing objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, design, development, and product teams to produce impactful content.

Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in English, journalism, communications, marketing, digital media, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in content writing, content editing, copywriting, technical writing, or digital content marketing.
- We prefer candidates with experience in technology, web hosting, SaaS, cloud services, web development, or digital solutions industries.
AI Content Creation Skills
- Hands-on experience using AI-powered content generation and editing tools.
- Strong understanding of AI-assisted content workflows, prompt engineering, content refinement, and quality control.

SEO Knowledge
