Hiya Digital Private Limited is seeking a results-driven, analytical Affiliate Marketing Executive to join our digital marketing team in Mumbai. As an affiliate marketing executive, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing affiliate marketing programs that drive website traffic, lead generation, customer acquisition, and sales growth. You will collaborate with internal marketing teams and external affiliate partners to maximize campaign performance and achieve business objectives.

Affiliate Marketing Executive Job Responsibilities
Affiliate Program Management
- Develop, implement, and manage affiliate marketing strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
- Build, launch, and optimize affiliate marketing campaigns to increase customer acquisition and revenue.
- Monitor affiliate program performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Ensure affiliate marketing initiatives contribute to overall business and marketing goals.
Affiliate Recruitment & Partnership Development
- Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage new affiliate partners, publishers, influencers, bloggers, review websites, and strategic partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners to drive long-term collaboration and performance.
- Negotiate partnership terms, commission structures, and promotional opportunities.
- Expand affiliate networks to increase brand reach and market penetration.
Campaign Optimization & Performance Marketing
- Track affiliate campaign performance using analytics and affiliate tracking platforms.
- Analyze key metrics such as clicks, conversions, customer acquisition cost (CAC), return on investment (ROI), and revenue contribution.
- Optimize campaigns, commission models, and promotional activities to maximize affiliate performance.
- Identify high-performing affiliates and develop strategies to increase their contribution.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Prepare regular reports on affiliate program performance, traffic, leads, conversions, and revenue.
- Analyze campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
- Present actionable insights and recommendations to improve affiliate marketing effectiveness.
- Monitor KPIs and ensure targets are consistently achieved.
Collaboration & Marketing Support
- Work closely with content, SEO, design, product, and digital marketing teams to develop affiliate marketing assets.
- Support the creation of landing pages, banners, promotional materials, and campaign content for affiliate partners.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns to ensure consistent messaging and branding across affiliate channels.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis
- Stay updated with affiliate marketing trends, performance marketing strategies, and industry best practices.
- Monitor competitor affiliate programs and identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Research emerging affiliate networks, technologies, and partnership opportunities.
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Communications, or a related field.
Professional Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnership marketing, performance marketing, digital marketing, or business development.
- Preferred experience includes technology, web hosting, SaaS, cloud services, e-commerce, or digital services industries.
Affiliate Marketing Expertise
- Proven experience managing and growing affiliate marketing programs.
- Strong understanding of affiliate marketing models, commission structures, attribution methods, and partner management.
- Experience working with affiliate networks, publishers, influencers, and strategic partners.
Digital Marketing Knowledge
- Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, content marketing, email marketing, paid advertising, and social media marketing.
- Familiarity with lead generation, conversion optimization, and customer acquisition strategies.
Analytics & Reporting Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret marketing data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Experience using analytics platforms and affiliate tracking software.
Communication & Relationship Management
