Job Role: Full Stack Developer
We are looking for a versatile and passionate full stack developer to design, develop, and maintain web applications from front to back. You will be responsible for:
- Developing high-performance, scalable, and secure web applications
- Collaborating with designers and project managers to deliver seamless user experiences
- Optimizing web applications for speed, reliability, and responsiveness
- Implementing and maintaining backend services, APIs, and databases
- Ensuring cross-browser and device compatibility
Key Responsibilities
Frontend Development
- Build responsive, interactive, and visually appealing user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Next.js
- Ensure user-centered design and seamless functionality across devices
Backend Development
- Design, develop, and maintain server-side logic and database structures
- Integrate APIs, third-party services, and cloud solutions
- Ensure security, scalability, and performance of backend systems
Collaboration & Project Delivery
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to clients and team members
- Troubleshoot and resolve software issues efficiently
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in full-stack development
- Strong portfolio showcasing full-stack projects and problem-solving skills
Skills & Expertise
Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Next.js
Backend: Node.js, Express, PHP, Python, or similar
Database Management: MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL
Version Control: Git or equivalent
DevOps / Deployment: Familiarity with AWS, Docker, CI/CD pipelines (plus)
Problem-Solving: Strong debugging, optimization, and analytical skills
Communication: Effective collaboration with team and clients
